Sonic CD came out back in 1993 for the Sega Mega-CD (or Sega CD) system and later in 1996 for the PC. For those who picked up the Sonic Gems Collection for the Ps2 and GameCube in 2005, had the chance to play it as well.
Now those who have an XB360, will have their chance to play this game. Straight from Major Nelson’s blog, he’s made it aware that Sonic CD will be coming to XBLA and will be playable at PAX.

Sonic CD’s story takes place right after the events of the original Sonic and brings in such characters as Metal Sonic and Amy.
