The Sennheiser PC 373D Promises Immersive 7.1 Crystal Clear Audio

Sennheiser PC 373D

To get one of the best audio experiences in a headphone Sennheiser has been at the forefront.  As demand grew for better quality gaming headsets, it was only a matter of time before the connection was made. Balancing high end audio while enjoying comfort that can last of several hours can be hard to achieve.  Hoping to master that balance is the sleek new Sennheiser PC 373D gaming headset.

The Sennheiser PC 373D Details

Featuring 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound and a high quality, noise cancelling microphone the Sennheiser PC 373D not only impresses with the audio quality and a sleek look.  “The PC 373D incorporates a host of impressive sound and design upgrades for the ultimate PC gaming experience,” says Tim Völker, Director Sales & Marketing Gaming at Sennheiser Communications A/S.  The quality found in other Sennheiser products is apparent in the Sennheiser PC 373D as well.  With four equalizer settings for competitive, immersive, or eSports allow for an optimal audio experience no matter what type of game you are playing, while an additional ‘Off’ setting allows for a neutral sound. Sennheiser is known for great audio quality headphones and luckily the PC 373D has a music mode for non-gaming listening.

The high quality noise-cancelling microphone allows for clear team communication without any background noise.  Voice adjustments can be done to control the level of feedback to the headphone audio. The ear cup has volume control while moving the microphone up toggles mute.

Sennheiser PC 373D

One of the biggest considerations for those in the market for a new gaming headset is the comfort. No one wants to go on a three hour raid with uncomfortable headphones.  To satisfy those long gaming sessions the Sennheiser PC 373D comes with large XXL plus velvet ear pads that cushion the ear while the aluminum open-design ear-cups allow for cooling.  The sleek and simple look offers up an elegant look while packing serious sound underneath.

The Sennheiser PC 373D is available now for $259.99 in the U.S. and $299.99 in Canada.
