Halo: The Master Chief Collection is almost here and to whet our appetite, Microsoft has revealed a duo of launch trailers and a rather unexpectedly surprising thread of news on behalf of 343 Industries Executive Producer, Dan Ayoub.
With under a week until the global launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, each of the two new trailers showcase Master Chief’s epic journey through Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4. There’s also short clips of multiplayer footage, revealing fresh gameplay on some of Halo 2: Anniversary’s fan-favorite, remastered multiplayer maps.
Speaking on the game’s launch-day multiplayer update, Executive Producer Dan Ayoub revealed on Twitter that the patch would weigh in at just 15GB rather than the expected 20GB that was announced last month.
“Good news gang!” Ayoub addressed fans. “Day One TU for MCC is up!”
