Poll Finds Gamers not Happy with Xbox One

Like most wars, the beginning consists of declared allegiances to create an army and that is exactly what GameSpot asked gamers to do, to choose a side

Through an online poll created by GameSpot, it seems most of the world isn’t happy with Microsoft.

Could it be more obvious?

Twitter users were asked to vote for and hash-tag their preferred console in an act of allegiance to either Sony or Microsoft and the results are fascinating.

On last count, an overwhelming 89% of users have aligned with Sony’s PS4 over the recently revealed and polarizing Xbox One.

The U.S. voters are holding close at steady at 17% and 16% for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, respectively, but the overall map of voters is entirely blue for Sony’s console.

I’d say the green is for Xbox One, but there isn’t any.

It’s amazing to see exactly how the press event has skewed the devotion of a lot of 360 users, but is it because of Sony’s drive for the hardcore gamer or Microsoft’s new focus?

Either way, both companies have one major stage left at E3 to win over gamers to their console.
