New Injustice: Gods Among Us DLC Hits Tomorrow, Angers Season Pass Holders

The first wave of DLC is coming for Injustice: Gods Among Us, and it’s already got fans upset.

Back when the game launched, WB Games and Netherrealm Studios seemed to promote the Season Pass for Injustice: Gods Among Us as most other game studios do: pay one price, get all of the DLC. In a posting on the Injustice facebook page, we find that’s not actually the cast. Apparently the $15 pass only gets you one set of skins and four DLC characters, and nothing else… meaning most of the skins hitting the online marketplaces for PS3 and Xbox 360 owners (still no love for Wii U gamers) will cost you regardless. Fans reacted with venom, asking why they should’ve even bought the Season Pass in the first place if they were going to be denied content, while whoever’s running the Injustice page responded as such:

If the Season Pass included all DLC and skins it would have to be much more expensive than it is.

To WB Games’ credit, this info has been available for a while now, just not very publicly stated. Anyway, on to the actual content, available Tuesday, May 7th:

Injustice Skins

*Lobo will be available for $4.99, or free to Season Pass holders.

*Batman’s Flashpoint skin is free to all (Xbox 360 and PS3) users with the compatibility pack.

*The Bad Girls (pictured above) & Teen Titans skin packs will be available for $2.99 each, and are not included in the Season Pass.
