Fan Made Tech Demo of Crash Bandicoot is Beautiful

There’s been rumblings about a group of underground 3D programmers making high quality tech demos of games long since died. At first I was optimistic about these fabled high end renders of old games.

But, one of these individuals has decided to drop a few Wumpa Fruits on us. With a tech demo of what he believes a current generation of Crash Bandicoot would look like across the PlayStation 3 (PS3), Xbox 360, and PC. While it is just a tech demo and cannot actually be used to create gameplay, it begs the question of what other game would look like when done completely over from the ground up.

If we’re lucky, we’ll see a tech demo of Gex: Enter the Gecko or maybe even a tech demo of Tomba.
