Fanatical Five: 5 Songs We Want to See in NBA 2K13

Music and sports games go hand in hand; after all you need those “crunk songs” to get you hyped to smash your opponents. The NBA 2K franchise has had a fairly stellar repotoire of good music in the past, and being music nuts, we figured we’d toss up a list of some of our personal favorites we’d like to see on the NBA 2K13 soundtrack.

Invincible – Machine Gun Kelly ft. Ester Dean

Prior to the release of the full song, Verizon worked with up and coming artist, Machine Gun Kelly, to debut a snipped of this song in the Verizon HTC commercial. Off of the album, Lace Up, Invincible is the perfect hype song to put you in the mood to dominate on the court.

Pumped up Kicks (Remix) – Yonas

The first single off of Canadian artist, Manafest’s, album, Pushover carries the upbeat vibe that’s championed in previous NBA 2K games.

A track boasting about the glory of a hometown, perfect for NBA 2K13‘s My Player mode, this song definitely hits home and adds a smooth beat to the lineup of hard hitters that we have already.
