World of Tanks Available to Pre-Download on Xbox One

Players of the popular Word of Tanks online action game will be pleased to hear that the title is now available for pre-download on the Xbox One platform.

Taking this pre-download approach will land players some exclusive content in game, and have them prepped to enter the fray when that game launches on July 28th.

The pre-download bonuses for Word of Tanks are available in four separate tiers. Starting with the free “Pre-download Bundle” which will give players a free light U.S. tank complete with a unique Xbox One founder’s emblem.

“The Vanguard Pack,” the first of three premium options will net the player a light class French tank, the founder’s emblem, a handful of upgrades, an extra garage slot for more tanks, seven days of premium time for World of Tanks, and a selectable in game operation. The Vanguard pack can be purchased for $19.99.

The second premium pack, “The Assault Pack,” awards purchasing players with a rare prototype tank, founder’s emblem, thirty days of premium, and an extra operation. The Assault Pack can be purchased for $34.99.

“The Battalion Pack,” the largest of the premium pre-order tiers will give players access to three different tanks with the founder’s emblem, 500,000 silver (a World of Tanks currency), thirty days of premium, as well as three separate selectable operations. This pack can be purchased for $48.99.

The Xbox One version of World of Tanks will support cross platform play with the Xbox 360 version, allowing players to form teams no matter what console they are playing on. To pre-download World of Tanks for Xbox One, just head on over to the Xbox One marketplace and grab the game for free.
