Transcend Ships 32GB Ultimate microSDHC Class 10 Card

Transcend Information, Inc. (Transcend®), a worldwide leader in storage and multimedia products, today announced the addition of 32GB microSDHC Class 10 memory cards to its flash card product line. Tailored specifically to fulfill the requirements of today’s high-end mobile devices, “Ultimate” series microSDHC Class 10 cards offer the perfect combination of high-speed, compact size, and now generous storage space of up to 32GB.

Ideally suited to work with memory-hungry smartphones and tablet PCs, Transcend’s new 32GB microSDHC Class 10 cards can hold much more content than ever before, yet still adhere to considerably small size limitations. The 32GB microSDHC card can store up to 6552 pictures (based on 10 megapixel JPEG compression format) or 480 minutes of Full HD video, enough to satisfy demanding users who require maximum capacity during extended HD video recording sessions.

Aside from increased capacity and small dimensions, microSDHC Class 10 memory cards feature the latest Class 10 speed rating, providing rapid camera response times and guaranteed write speeds of at least 10MB/s. Utilizing this next-generation technology, these cards help realize the full potential of increasingly popular mobile functions, such as 1080p HD video recording and high-megapixel photography, in addition to reduced transfer times between card and computer.

Transcend is offering a complete line-up of microSD/microSDHC memory cards, including convenient combo packages with card readers or adapters. The microSD cards range from 1GB to 2GB, while the microSDHC cards are available from 4GB to 32GB and in Class 2, 4, 6, and 10 versions. All Transcend Flash Cards are comprehensively tested for compatibility and reliability, and carry the company’s renowned Lifetime Warranty.

Transcend’s microSDHC Class 10 cards are currently offered in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities.
