TGF’s Last Minute Holiday Gift Guide

If you are still doing that last minute holiday shopping, there are a ton of gizmos and gadgets that you can grab with relative ease. Now, getting a console may be a little difficult but on this list, you will find some great alternatives to hold the gamer over until the Xbox and PlayStation consoles are back in stock.

Games

Of course, the first thing that we are going to throw on this list is games. Now there are way too many games out there to just put a couple of great options. Instead, we suggest grabbing your gamer a subscription. Now Gamepass or Gamepass Ultimate is a great way to go for gamers on Xbox of PC. For our PlayStation gamers, PS Plus has amped up its membership for the new consoles. You also have subscriptions like UPlay+ and EA Play that are really cool.

Storage

One big thing on everyone’s mind right now is storage. Whether it’s for your pc or console, the size of games will force you to invest in additional storage eventually. There are a ton of routes you can go when it comes to picking out a hard drive but Seagate has a ton of products focused on gamers.

Console and PC Accessories

Even though you can’t get your hands on the new consoles, most of the accessories that are being released are both backward and forward compatible. As we enter this holiday season, there are going to be a ton of deals that you won’t want to pass up.

Headsets o Plenty

We recently dropped a list of some of the headsets we have been able to review over the last couple of years. Jump over to our headset guide for a more detailed look at some of our favorite headsets.

Keyboards and Mice

Whirlwind FX – We reviewed this product earlier this year. This keyboard reflects actions happening on your screen or in certain games. The mechanical switches feel solid and accurate and the build quality is amazing.

Roccat Vulcan TKL Pro and Burst Pro – These two were not only paired together because they are from the same company, but the rbg on the products have the ability to be synced. The Vulcan TKL keyboard had a great build quality and low-profile look. This mechanical keyboard is popular with many pro gamers.  The Burt Pro is a super lightweight optical mouse with amazing response times. Get both of these for a great price over at the Roccat site.

Logitech has a ton of options so you want to be sure you check out all they have to offer. The Logitech G gaming line of products has continued to grow and improve over the years.  A lot of quality products to choose from.  In our headset list, we talked about the Logitech Pro X wireless headset. Logitech G also has great keyboards and mice and audio equipment that you need to check out.

Fashion

This may be a shameless plug but The Game Fanatics has a great merch store. Stop through and check out what we have to offer. PlayStation and Xbox have also been releasing some pretty cool collaborations recently as well. Also, be sure to check out sites like Insert Coin and Tee Turtle for some really cool collaborations.

Now that we are sitting in front of screens all day, we have to protect our eyes. It may be a good time to invest in some blue light glasses. During PAX East this year, we were able to stop by the Gunnar Optics booth to check out some of their most recent models. We have really come far when it comes to the design of these glasses. You can now protect your eyes and be stylish at the same time.

2020 has been a crazy year but there are still a lot of great companies and working to provide products and services to make our lives just a little better. I am sure that there are a ton of companies that we have missed. Be sure to let us know some of those smaller companies with cool products. We want to help to support them.
