New PlayStation 4 Stereo Headset launches this December

A brand new PlayStation 4 in ear studio headset will be released this December in various European countries. In a blog post from the PlayStation website, James Oliver the Brand and Hardware Marketer at SCEE, officially announced this new PlayStation 4 headset with a YouTube video that showcases some great features for the new headset.

The new PlayStation 4 ear buds will feature noise reducing audio technology and a built in microphone, perfect for chatting with your friends, whether it be during a party chat or on your smart phone. The new AudioShield Technology allows the ear buds to reduce the noise in your immediate environment so that you can experience the full sound of the game you are playing or the party chat that you are in. The new PlayStation 4 headset is also compatible with your smart phones and tablets. You can use your headphones to talk to friends hands free on your mobile phone, listen to music as you are walking, or take the time to watch some funny cat videos on YouTube as you take your lunch break.

The PlayStation 4 headset also includes a 15 hour battery life which should ensure minimum interruptions during your most intense gameplay sessions and it include a USB charger with the purchase. Speaking of purchase, the price for these headphones will be £77.99/€89.99 RRP. The new PlayStation 4 headset will be released December 4th for the UK and Ireland. On December 9th, other areas across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Africa will have the new headset hit shelves. There is no release date for this headset for any other parts of the world yet but keep your eyes peeled. Hopefully this new PlayStation 4 headset will be coming to all players in the near future!
