The Movie Fanatics Commentary Podcast 13 | Antz

I join Ben for lucky number 13 with this episode, where we take on Dreamwork’s Antz.Neither of us remember seeing this film, and that makes for two confused fanatics. That makes it no less entertaining, with great performances from a star-studded cast headed by Woody Allen, and including other big names such as Christopher Walken. I’m pretty sure I made a lousy pun at some point.

In this episode, we discuss art styles, Pixar’s A Bug’s Life, and strange product placement. I also try to make sense of the evil plot going on, but there’s likely no sense to be made of it. Make sure to e-mail key dialog to us, because I don’t know what was going on at all.

Ben’s Take: I too have little to no recollection of this film. However, I do remember not being able to get over how similar the ant heads looked to Raz from Psychonauts. So good luck unseeing that! Also, I ramble on about Buck Bumble at some point during this. Enjoy!
