During PAX East 2019, Wizards of the Coast hosted their first Esports tournament, the Mythic Invitational. Here, competitors from all over the world were competing for a prize pool of one million dollars. Magic: The Gathering has been a competitive tabletop card game for years now, and with Magic: The Gathering Arena, it is more accessible than ever. We sat down with Elaine Chase and she gave us more information about the Mythic Invitational and Wizard’s future in Esports.
