Welcome to the Next Generation of KontrolFreek

The next generation is in full swing and that means new accessories! KontrolFreek is ready with their new lineup for the Xbox One and PS4.

The analog sticks for the next generation controllers are smaller than their predecessors and KontrolFreek has adapted. Welcome to the KontrolFreek family the FPS Freek Phantom, KontrolFreek Ultra, FPS Freek Sniper and the CQC Signature. Check out their products at this link. These new thumbsticks retail from $10.99 to $ 13.99 and you can also buy them in packages if you need more than one product.

I’ve been using KontrolFreek‘s products with my XBox 360. Once I got my Xbox One, I left something was missing and behold it was that extra elevated thumbstick that my thumb was eagerly missing.

First up, is the KontrolFreek Ultra. First thing that I noticed is that the product attaches to the analog stick much easier than the Xbox 360‘s. The thumbstick is elevated, comfortable and allows for quicker reflexes with greatly appreciated when playing games like Killer Instinct. Playing Forza 5 provides a better feel for the track, especially the corners.

Secondly we have the FPS Freek CQC. This product sits lower than the Ultra and offers the same comfort as the rest of their line. The CQC is perfect for those who have smaller hands or enjoy a less elevated feel.

KontrolFreek once agains delivers and gives gamers the feel for long lasting gameplay without the blisters. Once you give them a try you’ll find yourself asking why did I wait so long?
