Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut Gets Dev Diary, Release Date

Space dogfighting and mech combat will soon be gracing the PS4 and the Xbox One, according to a new dev diary from Strike Suit Zero developer Born Ready Games. Strike Suit Zero: Director’s Cut will be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC April 8th with a  $19.99 price tag. The Director’s Cut looks to add new content to the original game, which we liked pretty well, as well as fix some of the few flaws the original Strike Suit Zero has.

Strike Suit Zero: Director’s Cut comes with two new suit models, designed by Junji Okubo of Steel Battalion fame, improved textures, and even some new voice actors. You’ll also get a revamped campaign mode, as well as a separate campaign called Heroes of the Fleet.

Take a look at the dev diary below, which includes an interesting revelation about how Born Ready Games originally wanted the game to release on the PS3 and Xbox 360, and keep an eye out right here for any more Strike Suit Zero developments.
