SteelSeries Announces Partnership with Major League Gaming

Gaming peripheral manufacture, SteelSeries has announced that they will be partnering with MLG the worlds largest competitive professional video game league. This information comes by a joint press release issued by the two companies today. SteelSeries will be collaborating with MLG to create, design, and market a new family of keyboard and mouse peripherals.

“We strongly believe in and support what MLG has been building in the U.S. for the past nine years,” said Kim Rom, SteelSeries CMO. “This partnership with MLG is a natural fit, the MLG events are the finest in the industry and we are excited to announce and kick things off.”

Sundance DiGiovanni, CEO, Major League Gaming has echoed the same feelings by saying. “We are proud to be working and collaborating with their team and are excited to kick off nationals later this week, with them as a new partner.”

SteelSeries has also announced that they will be introducing two MLG Edition QcK+ mousepads that will be available during the MLG 2011 Pro Circuit National Championship, which will take place in Providence, Rhode Island on November 18-20.
