Star Wars, Marvel Possibly Joining Disney Infinity

It’s no surprise that Disney Infinity is one of the more successful interactive games available for all consoles, but now it’s rumored that Disney’s Marvel Comics and Star Wars characters will make appearances in Disney Infinity! According to The Wall Street Journal’s source:

“New versions of Infinity featuring characters from Disney’s Marvel superhero unit and the Star Wars universe it acquired along with Lucasfilm in 2012 are being developed.”

Right now, there is no confirmation on whether or not “new versions” means a brand new Disney Infinity game or simply new play-sets for the most current version. But really though, how cool would that be to see Darth Vader frolicking around with Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc.? In Disney Infinity you can create your own stories with all your favorite Disney characters. There are infinite possibilities and hours of endless fun for players of all ages. Disney Infinity is currently available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS, PS Vita, PC, Wii, and Wii U
