Stan Lee is Everybody in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

Why settle for one super power when you can have them all? That seems to be the thought process behind the latest trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, showing off Stan Lee’s cameo appearance… except by “cameo” I mean he has literally every character’s powers and should probably just have the game named after him.

Yeah, it’s pretty awesome. We’re used to silly humor and odd situations in the LEGO series of games, but nothing quite like this, as “Stan the Man” seems to act as a skin for any other playable character… except for the Hulk one, which just reminds us of another Stan/Hulk incident.

Out of all of his cameos in the Marvel Comics movies, this could still be Stan’s finest work. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is looking better and better, as the developers continue to build off the great work they’ve done with games like LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes and LEGO City Undercover, both of which are also “must play” titles. The story seems a bit nonsensical (Dr. Doom wants to build a “Doom Ray of Doom” using special LEGO bricks), but should prove to be fun nonetheless.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is set to launch on October 22nd on PC, Wii U, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PS Vita.
