Skyrim's Hearthfire Allows You to Make Your Home

Are you tired of buying shady houses in Skyrim? Would you rather use your crafty skills to make your own home, one that could be better than any other homestead in all of Skyrim? Or do you just want a place to call your home to settle down in and scream all you want within its halls? If so, Hearthfire is for you: it is Skyrim meets The Sims.

Hearthfire will allow your Dovahkiin to create his or her own home after buying a plot of land. You will have to use materials to craft your house and from that you can make several different rooms such as one for alchemy, one to show off your trophies and you can even start a family if you choose. You can adopt children but this means you will now have to protect your family from the dangers that Skyrim holds. Not like you don’t have anything better to do, right?

Hearthfire will be available starting September 4th for Xbox 360 at the price of 400 Microsoft Points. There is currently no word for a release on PC or Ps3.
