A certain resume has been making its way around the interwebs and stirring up a bit of speculation as to the production of the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto franchise. The resume is of writer, director, producer, and stunt performer, Declan Mulvey, and though you may not be familiar with his name Hollywood and the gaming industry certainly is. The document was created on June 22nd last year, admittedly  GTA IV was not listed at the time, but an updated document surfaced today with the upcoming title showing up.

Mr. Mulvey has worked motion capture for  several games including Rockstar’s own Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire. Nothing has been confirmed yet, and we’ve reached out for a statement from Mr. Mulvey. We’re keeping this one brewing in the rumor mill and update you as we get more details.

We’ve heard back from Declan, and it turns out he’s not working on Grand Theft Auto IV..either that or he’s covering his trails (NDA and such). You decide!
