Ten years after the Raccoon City incident, the US president has decided to come clean about what happened, in hopes of curbing a resurgence in bioterrorist activity. The president’s personal friend, Leon, is due to be at his side, but unfortunately the venue suffered a bioterrorist attack and the president is left transformed beyond recognition. While all of this is happening, Bioterrorism Security Assessment member Chris Redfield has arrived in China, which is also under a bioterrorist attack. It would seem like there is no hope left for the entire population.
