QuakeCon 2012 Goers: Get Hooked Up with Limited Items via Pre-Registration

QuakeCon 2012 is coming to Dallas from August 2-5, but LAN party fans can plan on collecting some exclusive items on their way in by hitting up the online pre-registration as soon it opens tomorrow, April 25.

Admission to the annual BYOC (bring-your-own-computer) gathering is free as always, but benefits of signing up early will score you some premium, limited packages available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Three deals, ranging from $30-50, will buy you a variety of rewards:

  • For $30: Find a spot for your booty and get a T-shirt to boot with one of the 1,500 “BYOC Select-a-Seat” packages available for purchase. This deal allows you to select and reserve a guaranteed seat of your choice in the BYOC area, and an Official QuakeCone 2012 BYOC tee.
  • For $40: Get your soldier boy (not Soulja Boy) swag on with one of 500 “Swag Packs”, featuring an Official QuakeCon 2012 t-shirt, a Dishonored Tallboy T-shirt, and special limited edition poster.
  • For $50: Let your wealth buy you stealth by purchasing one of 350 “QuakeCone done Quick” deals. Not only will you select and claim a guaranteed seat of your choice in the BYOC area, but get to the front of the line for registration, every speaker, panel, and public event with your fast pass. There’s limited access seating for these presentations and events, but at least you’ll also take away an Official QuakeCon 2012 BYOC T-shirt to remind you got through it unscathed.

Strafe jump your way over to http://registration.quakecon.org/ starting 7:00 pm CST/8:00 pm EST on Wednesday, April 25 to claim your spot in the ultimate video game festival, and check out the pics below for each of the above packages.

Doors to the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX will open for the id and Bethesda-sponsored event on Thursday, August 2 at 9:00 am CST, and welcome attendees through August 5.
