PAX Prime 2014 I Volition Announce Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell and it's as Crazy as it Sounds

Volition and Deep Silver have just announced a standalone expansion for their hit title Saints Row IV. Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell is due to be released on January 27 2015, and follows series mainstay Johnny Gat and hacker Kinzie Kensington as they battle their way through hell after a Ouija Board incident gone wrong;encountering monsters, demons, and the Prince of Darkness himself.

The latest addition to the Saints Row franchise looks set to continue the zany, tongue-in-cheek tone established by previous games, with developers touting ‘a talking gun’, ‘a full-length musical number’ and ‘prominent historical figures’, as well as the opportunity to ‘shoot The Devil in the face’. You can grab the expansion for about $20 when it releases next year.

Also slated for release with Gat Out Of Hell is Saints Row IV: Re-Elected, a new revised edition that brings the latest Saints Row title to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
