Metal Slug 3 Lands iOS And Android

Metal Slug has seen a release on most platforms at this point, but it’s only now that the long-standing series has landed on iOS and Android. Metal Slug is SNK’s fantastic set of arcade shooters, similar to the Contra games, that has you shooting, bombing, eating, and rescuing various items and enemies from bosses that vary from mad scientists to ghost dragons.

Metal Slug 3, the most critically acclaimed in the series, leads the charge onto touch devices. It offers the same genuine Metal Slug experience, but adds a level select feature for quick high score runs on any stage, branching paths, and multiplayer over Bluetooth. Metal Slug 3 is available now for $6.99, and works with iOS version 4.0 or later, or Android 2.3 or later.
