Meatbags Rejoice! Meet HK-51

For those who played Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will surely remember the very sarcastic and very deadly HK-47, voiced by Kristoffer Tabori. It was hinted a short while ago that a new series of assassin’s droids known as the HK-51, will be available as a companion in the MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic. It was slightly mentioned in KotOR that a new series of droids were in the works and its nice to see that SWTOR is bringing more from KotOR into SWTOR. Both voice actor and the sarcasm will be returning.

There is no date for the release of HK-51 and hopefully it won’t cost an arm and a leg as many items, both Legacy and otherwise, tends to cost a lot. From the looks of it, the unit is stored in a down Imperial freighter on the planet of Belsavis. Both Republic and Imperials will be trying to retrieve this deadly weapon. Instead of costing credits, it might end up being a mission to get HK-51 as a companion.
