Marcus Fenix Confirmed for new Mortal Kombat(360)

Warner Bros has announced its latest Character to join the roster, and they’ve decided to get a bit Epic in there Selection.

Yes, the newest Character will be Marcus Fenix from the Gear of War franchise. A collaborated announcement was made today between Epic Studios and Warner Bros studio, which anchors the Grunted voice Soldier into the Battle Arena. Making Marcus the First Character from a third person shooter, to be introduced to the MK world.

The Cog will be a special addition for Xbox 360 owners only, keeping with Epics Xbox Exclusive rule. Which will be provided to anyone who buys the game, no matter the retailer.

This announcement follows suit of such involves likes Yoda & Darth Vader’s introduction, to the soul calibur universe. Hopefully opening a doorway for more and more cross universe battles, in future fighting game titles.

However for now Marcus will be joining the world Solo, so there’s no change on a Dom Double Decapitation or Berserker Baird Brutality. A man can dream though….a man can dream.

Mortal Kombat releases April 19, 2011(US) & April 21, 2011(UK)
