Mafia III Pre-E3 Teaser Trailer Looks Spectacular

Mafia III

With a hardcore and stunning beat, Mafia III‘s last trailer teases us all the way up to E3, where we’ll get a complete gameplay demo and more juicy details.

Just a few days ago, and for the sake of hype and enthusiasm, we compiled our own fanatical list on five things we totally want to see from Mafia III. Today 2K Games and Hangar 13 have distributed a small teaser prior to E3 of this anticipated third installment of the Mafia series. We are glad to see that they have not lowered the bar at all.

Mafia III
Hey, streets of New Bordeaux, you’re looking good!

Teasing Mafia III up to the Demo World Debut

30 seconds is all the folks at 2K Games need to convey the powerful narrative that the next Mafia title build upon. Lincoln Clay, our protagonist, shows again that there is no messing with him and the streets of New Bordeaux remain the silent, yet vibrant, witness of that underground warfare between clans and families. A quick complement to that awesome “One Way Road” trailer that was aired back in April, which inevitably helped building up our own expectations.

This teaser trailer also confirms that there will be a E3 demo world premiere this Sunday, starting at 17:30 PST. So make sure you tune in if you do not want to miss “the good stuff”.

And if you are one of the lucky ones that goes to E3 in person, there will be a little portion of New Bordeaux awaiting you there. 2K Games will go full-on and recreate the atmosphere of those riot-like 60s, with live soul music and typical New Orleans cuisine, as well as some crazy animators and a retro camera booth.

And here’s a reminder for the absent-minded: the game is hitting Xbox One, PlayStation4 and PC on October 7. How much are you looking forward to it?
