Is it that time already? Yes the answer is yes. EA Sports are rolling out the details and first screen shots of NFL Madden 11. Expect the traditional release date in August.
New for Madden players is the new creation called the “Catch Debugging Tool”, which should work out the kinks of the receivers when deciding what to do when the ball is hiked? Everything from stepping out of bounds, to hit and missing when taking a shot down the field with a deep pass.
EA Tiburon has also created defenders to receive new animation frames to allow them to better intercept the ball. EA Sports’ Ian Cummings (creative director on Madden) told IGN that they’ve been able to get
“frame-by-frame results of what catches best match the situation for all players involved as the ball is in the air.”
