Lipton Brisk and Star Wars Launch 'Brisksaber' App

Remember how a few weeks back I called the “Star Wars” Evian water bottles a little excessive?

Maybe I was wrong.

Lipton Brisk launching a “Star Wars” Android and iOS app to promote “Star Wars I: The Phantom Menace” in 3D is excessive.

The game has a time trial or survival mode. The goal is basically to use your fingers to swipe your “lightsaber” and kill your enemies. Sounds absolutely thrilling, doesn’t it? Top scoring players will be placed on the Lipton Brisk Facebook page and will receive a shout out from Darth Maul. And no, I don’t think they mean the original Darth Maul. I think they mean this parody of Darth Maul that’s in this farce of a video:

Please, kill me now.
