With Final Fantasy XV gold, the Kingdom Hearts hype train can prepare to take off.
It’s been announced that Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5 Remix will be released on the PlayStation 4. This will allow the unfortunate souls, such as myself, without a PS2/PS3 to experience the series before Kingdom Hearts 3 releases in the (hopefully) not so distant future. The news came from Paris Games Week and was accompanied by a trailer.
Here’s everything you’ll be getting with Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5:

- Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories
- Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
- Kingdom Hearts 2 (Final Mix)
- Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep (Final Mix)
- Kingdom Hearts Re:coded
Don’t forget, too, that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, featuring Dream Drop Distance HD (the 3DS game), Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth by Sleep-A Fragmentary Passage, and Kingdom Hearts x Black Cover is also coming to the PlayStation 4. This means that every single Kingdom Hearts game will be available on one console to help prepare you for whenever Kingdom Hearts 3 finally releases.
