June 2017 PlayStation Plus Games Available

School’s out, and summer vacation has just begun! Need something to keep you occupied if you aren’t traveling this summer? Well, here are the free games that may be worth downloading for all of you PlayStation Plus subscribers.

June 2017 PlayStation Plus Lineup

Killing Floor 2

First on this month’s list for the PlayStation 4 is Killing Floor 2. Developed and published by Tripwire Interactive, this is a sequel to the first-person shooter Killing Floor that was released in 2009. This game can either by played through single-player mode or co-op with up to six players. The objective of the game is to fight through a deadly outbreak that has spread through Europe that consists of enemies called “Zeds” (zombie-like creatures). Players will choose different classes to defeat the wave of Zeds and the random boss at the end. There will also be in-game money, experience points and bonuses received after lasting throughout the rounds. Need a game to keep you on your toes? Check this one out!

Life is Strange

Next up to close out the PS4 games is Life is Strange. Developed by Dontnod Entertainment and published by Square Enix, this is an episodic decision-based game that you don’t want to miss. There are five episodes to play through. The player takes control of a photography student in high school named Max Caulfield. While sitting in her photography class, she discovers she has the ability to rewind time. Every action takes place causing a butterfly effect. In the end, the goal is to prevent a massive storm from destroying Arcadia Bay. Need a game with a great story and soundtrack that can give you the feels? Definitely download Life is Strange!

Abyss Odyssey

Now let’s move on to the PlayStation 3 games. First up, developed by ACE Team and published by Atlus, we have Abyss Odyssey. With its unique art style based on the Art Nouveau movement, this game combines elements of multiple game genres. The fighting mechanics can compare to Street Fighter meets Super Smash Bros. While controlling one of the characters in the game, the objective is to fight through enemies and clearing out dungeons by timing attacks and blocks at the right moment. WRC 5: World Rally Championship

Last on the PS3 games is WRC 5: World Rally Championship. Developed by Kylotonn and published by Bigben Interactive, this might be a rally game that may interest you. This racing game will leave you feeling immersed with how realistic the driving is. Need the feel of adrenaline and realism? Download this game to experience the different road surfaces, dynamic damage, day/night system and weather. Get it all in WRC 5!

Neon Chrome

Now moving on to the PS Vita games. First up, we have Neon Chrome. Developed and published by 10tons Ltd., this game is a colorful cyberpunk themed top-down shooter. With rogue-like elements, the objective is for players to fight through this huge arcology to stop the Overseer. Like similar top-down shooters to Neon Chrome, players will use cybernetic abilities and blast walls with guns to unlock new abilities, weapons and enhancements. Spy Chameleon

To wrap up the free games this month, the last PS Vita game is Spy Chameleon. Developed and published by Unfinished Pixel, this is an arcade-puzzle game you should try out. There are at least five different missions and 75 levels to play through. The player controls a chameleon with the camouflage ability and as you progress through the levels discover other abilities and encounter various enemies to complete these missions. Go ahead and give this arcade-puzzle game a try!
