With just one more day until releasing, it looks like Quantic Dreams will not be able to be officially global.
Recently, United Arab Emirates NMC (National Media Council) has decided that Heavy Rain is not suitable to be sold in stores in their country. As of right now, there is no reason behind this move. Darksiders and Dante’s Inferno has also been banned from purchasing. God of War III looks like the next title to be banned, based of the franchises’s history. No word has been confirmed on that, though.
