Gamescom 2013 | Final Fantasy X/X2 and the HD Difference

Square Enix has shared another Final Fantasy X/X2 video during this year’s Gamescon. This video shows our heroes in battle in both the standard, original version and the new polished HD version.

Not only does this video show off the beautiful changes to the visuals, but the remastered music and polished overdrive as well.

The music from Final Fantasy X is well known and Square is making sure it gets the same polished treatment as the graphics.

The remastered version of Final Fantasy X is based on the international version of the game that was never released in North America. Both games are being polished for the PlayStation 3 video game system as well as the PS Vita.

There is still no release date for the remastered version of Final Fantasy X/X2 however Amazon is currently taking reserves. For those who do reserve Final Fantasy X/X2 via Amazon, you will also receive a twenty-four page art book. Final Fantasy X/X2 is priced at forty dollars and should be out later this year.
