The 10th Major Championship in the lifespan of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is coming up early next year, and the first details of its television broadcast and physical location have been released. While 16 teams of ranked and challenger status will fight their way through qualifiers. The Major Qualifier will be on December 15-18, live in Atlanta and on Twitch. The Championship itself will take place January 22-29, also in Atlanta at the Historic Fox Theatre.
On the line is bragging rights, the title of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major Champion, and a very lovely slice of a one million dollar prize pool. Everything will be found on the ELEAGUE Twitch channel, and the Grand Final will stream on TBS and Twitch.
