E3 2012 | Lara Croft takes some Knocks

It looks like Lara Croft is going to be taken through a rather bumpy ride as Tomb Raider is spectacularly shown off at Microsoft’s E3 2012 press conference.

The game’s emphasis seems to be firmly set on survival as Lara was shown going from a cliff-side skirmish, to hurtling down river-rapids, to parachuting straight into a thick spiky forest. Visually, it’s no exaggeration to say the game looked incredible, nailing the island’s imposing atmosphere perfectly.

Another point of note was the announcement that the game’s DLC will be coming to Xbox 360 first. We’ve heard rumors PS3 users worldwide actually face palmed in unison.
