If you guys are tuned in to EA‘s press event, you’d have caught some new info on the up-and-coming UFC title. Yes, that’s right. The former THQ published game is now in the hands of EA Sports. EA Sports used to handle the other mixed martial arts game, MMA, which caused a lot of controversy between EA and UFC President, Dana White, but it appears that UFC has had a change of heart.
EA now holds to the rights of this series in a multi-year deal. Whether MMA fighters from other organizations will find themselves in the upcoming UFC titles remains to be seen, but the partnership is final and games shall be made.
