Don’t Miss June 2019’s PlayStation Plus Games

PlayStation Plus

What’s good, Fanatics? With a bunch of exciting announcements during E3, we can’t forget to download these awesome games before June is over. Let’s dive right in these two great titles you don’t want to miss that’s free for PlayStation Plus members.

Borderlands:
The Handsome Collection

With the announcement of Borderlands 3 and its finalized release date later this year (September 13), Sony gives PlayStation Plus subscribers Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. If you’ve missed out before, now is the time to revisit Gearbox’s loot-focused first-person shooter series. This collection includes both Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Jump in on this hilarious crazy fun because The Handsome Collection will include all DLC for both titles included. What’s different this time around you ask? Whether you were a dedicated player or new to the franchise, experience the remastered visuals and enhanced local multiplayer action.

Worried about having to start over your grind from your PS3 save data? Not to worry. You can carry over your saved data from both games and pick up where you left off to the PS4 version.

Sonic Mania

Next up, we have the nostalgic action platformer from Sega, Sonic Mania. If Borderlands: The Handsome Collection isn’t your cup of tea, you can’t go wrong with some old school 2D side-scrolling fun.

Our beloved characters Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are back at it again. Run as fast as you can as you blast through these familiar stages or explore brand new zones. Your very old archenemy, Dr. Robotnik a.k.a. Eggman awaits for you at the end once again.

What’s a Sonic game without hidden areas to explore and collectibles to obtain? Now you and a friend can enjoy a mix of competitive and co-op multiplayer modes. Don’t miss out!

That wraps up June 2019’s games. Which games are you downloading before they are gone? If this list wasn’t to your expectations, what would you like to see? Sound off in the comments below!
