In celebration of the four month anniversary of The Last of Us, Naughty Dog is partnering up with We Love Fine to hold a fan art design contest where fans can bring their artistic visions about The Last of Us to life, and possibly see their work featured on future The Last of Us merchandise.
Starting today, October 15th 2013 (12:01 AM PST) and ending on November 11th, 2013 (11:59 PM PST), contestants can submit up to five designs for their chance to win some amazing prizes and recognition in the online art and gaming community. Eight days after the submission period closes, the designs will be posted online where fans can vote for the designs they favor, and on December 17th, the final judging period will begin.
All submissions will be judged based on artistry and their connection to the nature of the game. The designs will be judged by Ellie and Joel themselves, voice actors Ashley Johnson and Troy Baker along with The Last of Us creators Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley.
