Battlefield Hardline Closed Beta codes are being given away at E3 2014 to Sony conference attendees. The beta is only available to PS4 and PC users at this time.
Troedsson quoted Battlefield Hardline to play like a crime drama TV show. Multiplayer has up to 32 player matches and new game modes. One new game mode is called Heist, where robbers try to rob a bank (duh) and heavily armed police go after them.

Beta members will receive some cool DLC when the game releases that includes:
- Exclusive weapon sight
- Exclusive weapon camo skin
- Unique dog tag for BF4
- Additional unannounced content
Battlefield Hardline has also added an assortment of new melee weapons like baseball bats, batons, and super tasers. Some other things you can look forward too is a new interrogation game mode that goes well with the whole cops and robbers thing, as well as gadgets like zip lines and grappling hooks to traverse the rooftops of buildings.
