5 Games We Want To See From Nintendo | E3 2017

Nintendo Switch Online Might Be Cheaper Than You Think

It’s that time of year again, folks! What will Nintendo have up their sleeves to impress us this year at E3? What can they give us to buy a Nintendo Switch if you don’t have one already? There are definitely games that we all know will be there like Super Mario Odyssey or Fire Emblem Warriors.

5 Games We Want To See From Nintendo

So, what are the games that we want to see from Nintendo that people have been asking for? Here is the list of games that would make you want to buy a Switch!

Monster Hunter XX Switch Ver.Nintendo E3 2017 - Monster Hunter XX

First up, we have Monster Hunter XX. With the capability to bring the handheld console around and its local connectivity, this is a game that could easily bring over Monster Hunter fans. The game released in Japan on March 18, 2017 for the 3DS. Just imagine playing this game with your friends on a beautiful screen as you all defeat large monsters together. Though the release of the 3DS version just happened recently in Japan, hopefully Nintendo will give us some sort of a hint for a future launch title.

Shin Megami TenseiNintendo E3 2017 - Shin Megami Tensei

Next, we have another launch title that we all hope for soon and that is Shin Megami Tensei. Back in January, Nintendo showed us a short teaser trailer during their Switch presentation. With the video only lasting less than two minutes, we need more gameplay of this title! Not enough information has released for this future console game leaving fans somewhat in the dark. Let’s hope Nintendo can give us more footage or hints of when to expect this title.

F-ZeroNintendo E3 2017 - F-Zero

Coming in third is a game that is long overdue and that is F-Zero. How can we forget about F-Zero? This IP left players at the edge of their seats with its fast-paced racing and catchy soundtrack. Who wouldn’t want to see Captain Falcon and his gang on the Switch? The last time we saw console versions was on the N64 for F-Zero X in 1998 and F-Zero GX in 2003 on the GameCube. I think it’s time for Nintendo to develop a new game for this IP because it would convert over beautifully on the Switch.

Pokémon MMORPGNintendo E3 2017 - Pokemon RPG

Since the launch of Pokémon in North America back in 1998, it’s been forever successful. With Nintendo’s recent announcement during their Pokémon Direct of Ultra Sun and Moon, there’s just one kind of game missing — a Pokémon MMORPG. Why not? I think it’s time we get something that’s beyond the typical handheld releases. There would be the usual choices of picking your starting Pokémon, creating your creator and being sent off on your journey. This is huge wishful thinking, but considering how successful Pokémon GO is, a game like this can certainly exist. The Switch’s hardware is capable of supporting such a considerable launch title that can change how we play Pokémon.

MetroidNintendo E3 2017 - Metroid

Last on the list is a game that all fans have been waiting for and that is a new Metroid. The release of Metroid Prime in 2002 was a success. After its release, along followed Metroid Prime 2: Echoes on the GameCube and Wii in 2004 and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on the Wii in 2007. Ever since then, the question always came along when a new Metroid would come in development. Will Nintendo listen to their consumers and finally give us something this year? As fans, we can only hope.

So, these are the games we would like to see! What are your thoughts on the list? What do you guys wish to see from them, or what are your predictions? Sound off in the comments below!
