Twisted Metal’s Axel Now Available for All Players, Sweet Tooth Sports New Skin on 5/8

Zach Wood, Senior Producer of PlayStation’s Twisted Metal series, has revealed that Axel is now available to every player of the demolition derby-based game with today’s free patch.

The two-wheeled bringer of destruction was formerly a pre-order bonus back on Valentine’s Day. Now all fans can roll out a new approach to damage with Axel’s unique methods of attack. UK Charts: Fifa Street Weaves its Way to Number One

EA dominated the UK All Formats Chart this week with no less than four titles occupying the top five places. Marvel producers Avi and Ari Arad are also reported to be involved in the project. The pair are apparently working on an Uncharted movie too, so another Sony tie-in wouldn’t be all that surprising.

Fans of the series will probably hold some reservation over Taylor’s involvement- most of his movies have been distinctly average – but [...]
