Muramasa Rebirth Set To Be Released On The PS Vita

Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack Invading PCs New Trailer & Release Date On Steam Announced

Indie game developer, Drinkbox Studios, has confirmed  that Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, the successful launch title from the Playstation Vita, has completed the final PC beta testing process.  A PC Steam release date has been set for August 15th.

This title is considered critically to be one of the most successful titles on the Playstation Vita.  This zany title pleasantly caught many people off guard with it’s destructive game play and sense of humor all within the confines of the 1950’s.

Doom 3 BFG Edition Receives Pricing and a Release Date

Recently announced, id Software has given their re-mastered version of Doom 3 a US date of October 16th, 2012 and Europe on October 19th, 2012. Doom 3 BFG Edition will be available in North America on PC for $29.99, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for $39.99.

New Release Date for Console Version of Risen 2

It looks like Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 players will have to wait a little bit longer to lift their anchors and set sail upon the monster ridden seas of Risen 2: Dark Waters. Deep Silver has announced that the Piranha Bytes developed pirate-themed action RPG will be released on consoles on July 31 in North America and August 3 in Europe. The console version will also include an additional episode entitled “The Air Temple”. In an adventure separate from the main storyline, the hero goes on a quest to discover a lost temple, a source of powerful air magic, on the mysterious Storm Island.

Skullgirls Finally Gets A Release Date For XBL

In the Neogaf forums there was a post from Skullgirls Community Maanager Ravidrath  has made it known that the anticipated 2D Fighter Skullgirls has passed Microsoft certification.

The release date for  Xbox Live Marketplace in North America is April 11th, 2012.  It’s asking price will be 1200 Microsoft points (Approx. $15).

The post also states that there is an expected release date for Playstation store which is April 10th, 2012.  Keep in mind that this is not yet confirmed.  Although it is expected to sale for $14.99.
