I really enjoyed my time with Ninja Gaiden 3 earlier this year but the upcoming Wii U version blows it away by fixing almost every single complaint people had with the original.
A photo of a Blockbuster UK’s database shows a list of games that are possible set launch titles for the Wii U. Although there’s no telling which ones of these games are actually true, a few of them are already known titles.
Team Ninja has just released a brand new pack of DLC for Ninja Gaiden 3.The new DLC includes bonus challenge levels, new equipment and shadow rule for multiplayer, and the Ultimate Ninja difficulty for the single player campaign.
This marks the third DLC pack for Ninja Gaiden 3 and unlike the previous DLCs, this one will be free for a month. If you wait until after May 24th you’ll have to pay $10 so act now.
This new DLC is available right now and, as a side note, so is a demo for the game.

Team Ninja today released the final developer diary showcasing Ninja Gaiden 3. The videos go over everything from the inspiration behind Ninja Gaiden 3 to adding competitive multiplayer to the series.
There is plenty of gameplay to see as well as some behind the scenes content that might be too behind the scenes for some people. I, however, thought they were very interesting and show off what looks to be a very worthy sequel to Ninja Gaiden 2.
I have placed all 6 of the videos below for everyone to enjoy. Ninja Gaiden 3 will be released on March 20th for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

A week before Ninja Gaiden 3’s March 20th release date (23rd in Europe) a launch trailer comes out of nowhere (and assassinates you). While the trailer doesn’t show too much gameplay it does make me more interested in this new entry in the series.
The trailer is focused on Ryu Hayabusa and the cursed received from his own sword and actions. The game promises to challenge Ryu with hordes of enemies as well as the ‘emotional weight of cutting through men.’
I’m not sure how that will work in the gameplay but it nice to see that Ninja Gaiden 3 isn’t all about murder.

Joining a long list of games that UK retailer GAME will not be stocking are Ninja Gaiden 3 and Warriors Orochi 3. If you’ve already preordered through them you can get a full refund and then have to find the game elsewhere.
In case you’ve forgotten, this seems to be happening to a lot of games that GAME was supposed to be selling. From Mass Effect 3 to Street Fighter X Tekken, you won’t be finding them at GAME. Not to mention that GAME is trying to sell itself.
I personally think that GAME’s recent troubles come from naming itself after the product it sells. That just makes everything confusing. Jerks.
Team Ninja, the studio behind the upcoming NInja Gaiden 3, today released a whole host of new screenshots for the upcoming games multiplayer mode as well as the first shots of the collectors edition.

Sun, sand and severed limbs seem to be on the agenda as new Ninja Gaiden 3 screenshots are released. The shots show series protagonist Ryu Haybusa battling the new ‘Alchemist Forces’ in modern Dubai, while simultaneously trying to overcome the unbearable pain of his newly cursed arm. Team Ninja promise the game will deliver a “more personal connection” to Hayabusa as players can choose whether to kill or grant mercy to their enemies. Judging by the amount of claret splattered around the screens though, there seems to be far less mercy and much more murder.
Ninja Gaiden 3 is scheduled to release in 2012 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Get sharpening those [...]
