We’re getting closer and closer to Junction Point’s follow-up to 2010’s Epic Mickey, and it couldn’t look any better.
More info has been released about the new Epic Mickey 2: The Power Of Two title. The first Epic Mickey title was wildly popular for the Nintendo Wii, but now the developers want to expand to to multiple consoles.
Happy 10th Anniversary, Kingdom Hearts! It may not seem like it’s been that long, but if you bought a copy of the first Kingdom Hearts game in Japan on day one, it has officially been exactly 10 years. What better way to celebrate than by showing how strong the franchise still is, even after all these years?
If there’s anything that Square Enix is better known for than their RPGs, it might just be their brilliant CG work. These screenshots were taken from the opening cinematic of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, and look just as fabulous as ever. Epic Mickey was one of 2010’s most interesting games. It featured a dark twist on the classic Mickey Mouse short “Thru The Mirror”, brought back a long-forgotten character who once held the Disney marquee, and, to top it off, felt like a throwback to the early 3D platformers of the Nintendo 64 era. About a year ago, murmurings of an Epic Mickey sequel appeared, and then again earlier this month, and now it looks like we have even more to report.
