One of the coolest moments for us last year at PAX Prime was getting to interview Amie Lynn. Most of you probably know her as a YouTube personality or cosplayer, we know her as a die-hard video game fanatic.
Earlier this week, I posted an article about the skirts made by the Etsy shop GoFollowRabbits. Let me introduce you to Ashley.

I’m sure all of you guys have heard of Company of Heroes 2, right? Well if not, it’s a new RTS that was being put on display by THQ this year at PAX Prime, and I’ve got to say, it kind of blew my mind. Now I’m not an expert RTS player, but I’ve had my experience with them. Company of Heroes 2 however, is several steps above your average entry in the genre however, with the nuances and subtle additions that really promise to pull you into these experiences. We go over a number of the features that make the title unique, and I’ll say it was rather fun (despite losing almost immediately. That was a thing. Because [...]

In a two part interview with Gametrailers.com, Randy Pitchford gives up the juicy details about Aliens Colonial Marines, and lists some of the reason why this game will blow all our socks off. Personally, after witnessing the gameplay footage and then watching the interview. I’m highly skeptical the game will deliver on what he’s promising, but then again, the game is still unfinished and is due out sometime in Q3 2012.
Randy definitely has his work cut out for him; I still cringe at the sounds of when those machine guns are firing. It just sounds so out of place. To see the gameplay footage I’m talking about, head over here, to see for yourself.Randy Pitchford [...]

The Third-Person Shooter (TPS) and Real-Time Strategy (RTS) game brings players back into an alternate history, albeit with futuristic technology and weapons, to battle as either a Union or Confederate troop and change the outcome of the American Civil War. Armies are assembled with an Army Builder with Steam Cloud support for saving ability, and an Integrated World Editor creates personal battlefields.
