Plantronics has been around as a reputable tech company for a long time. Many don’t know that the company started out making communication headset devices for airline pilots in the early 60′s. Plantronics has partnered with many companies throughout the years, even government affiliates like NASA. Now, we have the more modernized and reachable products for consumers like bluetooth headsets that Plantronics are more widely known for. Bluetooth headsets like the Voyager Pro Plus have been a top choice for many bluetooth headset users because of its design, text, voice, and noise canceling features.
Some of the top features that you have with the Voyager Pro Plus are:
Noise Canceling Technology: This cancels the noise around you and makes your voice stay at it’s more natural tone compared to robotic like feedback that we sometimes get in bluetooth headsets. I have been able to hear so clearly that if the person on the other end wasn’t talking I could hear them walking. That was without static. Most bluetooth headsets that I have used are very static sounding. This is important especially when you get too far away from your mobile device. This will start to cut out when you are talking like any bluetooth device once you walk to far away from it, but there were not annoying static or feedback noises on the end for either user.
Stream Audio: Not every bluetooth headset lets you sync up to your library on your phone. The Voyager Pro Plus has the ability to sync up to music, podcasts like The Game Fanatic’s G-Spot, GPS, and other applications that can be configured with your bluetooth. Now, I did not go too much in depth messing with the streaming as many would think, but what I got out of it was clear sounds of awesome when my favorite tracks came on. Also, when listening to podcasts I could clearly hear the voices without any feedback just as I talked about before. This headset really is worth the noise canceling features alone.
Voice Alerts: You can have sweet nothings whispered in your ear by the Voyager Pro Plus with the voice alert features. Actually, it just lets you know when your battery is running low or you lost connection with the person you were talking to. Pretty self explanatory.
When you buy the Voyager Pro Plus you get a year subscription free of their text and voice features. Not a big fan of anything that comes with a subscription once you spend a good amount of money on it but it comes with the territory of buying this bluetooth headset. You spend the bucks on having a nice sleek looking headset with amazing features that need support to back them up. That is my humble opinion on the subscription part of the product. There aren’t many headsets out there that have the same sort of features. The Voyager Pro Plus is definitely one of the best bluetooth headsets out there on the market. Plantronics is taking hands free voice and texting features to a new level with this headset so a good sturdy support system for those who aren’t as tech savvy but like the look and feel of the product can enjoy it as well.

This thing looks pretty cool. How much is the text and voice subscription thing after the year runs out?
