Today, January 15, 2013, Warner Bros and NetherRealm Studios have announced their new DC fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, will release for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on April 16, 2013, in North America, and Europe will see a release three days later on April 19. Also revealed today was the International Injustice: Gods Among Us Collector’s Edition, full of exciting, exclusive collectibles for fans of Injustice and the DC universe.
This Collector’s Edition will include a statue of Batman and Wonderwoman, locked in combat, packaged only with Injustice: Gods Among Us, at 25cm tall, as well as a steel-book packaging for the game’s case itself, two issues of a new DC comic book series, and three new, additional skins packaged as DLCs for Batman, Superman, and Wonderwoman. These skins will come from DC COMICS – THE NEW 52, a reissuing of 52 of DC’s monthly superhero comics from 2011. All this comes with the game, and players will also receive a special collector box for their money, rounding out a very complete, collectible package. The Collector’s Edition for Injustice: Gods Among Us will be priced at $99.99 in North America, and £74.99 and 99.99 in Europe, sure to delight DC fans come April of this year.
