Blur Beta Give-a-Way

So, we checked our inbox, and what did Activision send us? Not one, not two, not even 25, but an amazing FIFTY beta codes to give away. Yes, you read that right. We will be giving out beta codes all week through Twitter, Facebook, and various other ways.

For those of you who don’t know what Blur is, it is a brand new racing franchise that Activision hopes to make big. In other words:

Blur™ is the ultimate Powered-Up racing experience, dropping players into heart-pumping, electrified action with up to 20 players online and trading paint as they charge towards the finish line.

Blur’s online multiplayer beta gives gamers the ability to choose from a variety of licensed vehicles including European and Japanese Tuners, Supercars, American Muscle cars, original concept cars and more.

Drivers will careen through real-world track locations packed with fast curves, sneaky alternate routes and hair-raising jumps, as they collect and utilize intense Power-ups, including the ability to blast other cars out of the way, nitro speed boosts, mines and more.

Blur delivers a new style of Powered-Up racing for all gamers.

Some key features:

  • A Sampling of Blur’s 20-Player Online Multiplayer Racing Experience
  • A Sampling of Blur’s Comprehensive Multiplayer Ranking System
  • A Sampling of Blur’s Social Network User Interface Functionality
  • A Sampling of Blur’s Multiplayer Game Modes
  • A Sampling of Blur’s Multiplayer Real-World Track Locations
  • A Sampling of Blur’s 50+ Licensed Vehicles

There is one condition though, the beta is only for Xbox 360 users for now. We will try to contact Activision and see if it is coming to the Playstation 3.
