PS4 'First to Greatness' Challenge Still Live

Last week Sony launched “First to Greatness,” an interactive PlayStation 4 event consisting of 64 in-game challenges. Since then, players have been able to attempt those challenges, record their success using the DualShock 4 controller, and submit the video to the PlayStation website. Those who complete each challenge first get their own tile on the site, complete with PSN name and video. At the time of this writing, 13 of the 64 challenges are still up for grabs.

The front page of the First to Greatness site has the following message from Sony:

Welcome to First to Greatness, a celebration of many different firsts on the new PlayStation 4 system. The first triple double. The first kill streak. The first tomahawk dunk. The first beast mode. Complete one of these or many other firsts, upload your video of the challenges directly from your PS4 system, and we’ll verify it to make you part of gaming history.

Some of the challenges are as simple as scoring 100 points in a NBA 2K14 quick match. Others require more dedication, like getting 100% synchronization in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The remaining challenges are for the games below:

– 1 for Knack
– 2 for Killzone: Shadow Fall
– 3 for Injustice: Gods Among Us
– 2 for Warframe
– 1 for Skylanders: Swap Force
– 3 for Blacklight: Retribution
– 1 for DC Universe Online

Take a look at the full list of challenges here, and the front page of the official site here. In order to submit, users will have to sign in through Facebook. A select few of the challenge winners will be featured in a remake of Sony‘s “Perfect Day” television commercial, seen here.

Good luck! We hope to see some Game Fanatics on the board.
