Looking to change something up in your Rock Band lifestyle? Tired of plastic instruments? Harmonix has you covered with the release of Rock Band Blitz for the PlayStation Network today and Xbox Live Arcade tomorrow.
Instead of playing in a manner that we’ve been used to with Rock Band 3, the game plays in a manner similar to that of Harmonix‘s earlier titles FreQuency and Amplitude. You’ll trade in your plastic instruments for a traditional controller as you try to hit notes as the music track moves on. We played a demo of the game back at PAX East, so you can read up on our impressions for what we thought of the game.
The game comes with 25 songs built in, as well as the ability to use any song you have in your Rock Band 3 playlist and is available today, August 28th, for the PSN for $15 and tomorrow, August 29th, for the XBLA for 1200 Microsoft Points.
Here’s the full list of the 25 songs available for Rock Band Blitz, which are now also available for use in Rock Band 3:

Two sinusoidal waves are described by the equations
y1 = (2.56m) sin[π(3.07x - 1.14E+3t)]
y2 = (2.56m) sin[π(3.07x - 1.14E+3t - 0.386)]
(a) What is the amplitude of the resultant wave y1 + y2?
(b) What is the frequency of the resultant wave y1 + y2?
I was wondering does a negative amplitude signal exist practically. Modulation is used for voice and video signals and can negative amplitude has speech in it?
and even in AM we have a signal without zero crossings and still the carrier after modulation have negative amplitudes…… How come?
A microwave oven operates at 2.4 GHz with an intensity inside the oven of 2800 W/m^2.
What is the amplitude of the oscillating electric field?
What is the amplitude of the oscillating magnetic field?
Without Calculus derivatives, I need to know how to determine the amplitude of a wave.
Angular frequency, velocity, mass, and period of harmonic motion are known.

If the amplitude is higher, what happens to the speed of the wave?
If the amplitude is lower, what happens to the speed of the wave?
Why doesn’t it affect the speed?
